The setting is in the shape of a heart. The whole of the front of the heart is covered with Swarovski crystals in four different shades.

This delicate looking heart pendant comes complete with a 16 inch white gold-plated chain and a 1.5 inch extension, fastening with a bolt ring.

The total length of the pendant is approx. 20mm.
