The setting is in the shape of a large open heart. One side of the heart is covered with graduated Swarovski crystals in light amethyst.

This delicate looking heart pendant comes complete with a 17 inch white gold-plated chain and a 2.5 inch extension, fastening with a bolt ring.

The total length of the pendant is approx. 40mm.
