The bar measures 27mm in length, and the hoop approx. 18mm in diameter.

The hoop is set with two marquis Swarovski crystals in sapphire, and the bar has one crystal in each end.

The picture really does not show how beautiful this piece is. 

I think the metal is Silver Plated, but I cannot be sure.
