This pack contains two set of toggles.  

The top one is a large heart with four light sapphire Swarovski crystals and a single light sapphire crystal in its bar. The second set is of a lovely flower shape. 

The picture really does not show how beautiful these pieces are.

I think the metal is Silver Plated, but I cannot be sure.
