This pack contains two set of toggles.  

The top one on the is a large circle with four light rose Swarovski crystals around the side and a larger one at the end. The second set is of a lovely rope design. 

The second bag attached to the closures contains crimp beads, silver plated spacer beads and beading wire. 

The picture really does not show how beautiful these pieces are.

I think the metal is Silver Plated, but I cannot be sure.
