This pack contains two set of toggles.  

The top one on the picture contains eight 4mm Swarovski Crystals. 

The brilliance of Swarovski crystal is well known the world over, and these toggles are no exception.

The second bag attached to the closures contains crimp beads, silver plated spacer beads and beading wire. 

The picture really does not show how beautiful these pieces are. 

I think the metal is Silver Plated, but I cannot be sure.
