This pack contains one rivet toggle.

 The round section of the toggle, which measures 17mm in diameter, contains five Swarovski crystals in light colorado, and the bar of the piece has two further light colorado crystals - one on each end. 

The picture really does not show how beautiful these pieces are. 

I think the metal is Silver Plated, but I cannot be sure.
