The round section of the toggle, which measures 17mm in diameter, contains eight Swarovski crystals in clear AB, and the bar of the piece has two further clear AB crystals - one on each end.
The picture really does not show how beautiful these pieces are.
I think the metal is Silver Plated, but I cannot be sure.
