The round section of the toggle, which measures 17mm in diameter, contains eight Swarovski crystals in light siam, and the bar of the piece has two further light siam crystals - one on each end.
The picture really does not show how beautiful these pieces are.
I think the metal is Silver Plated, but I cannot be sure.
